What if I arrive late to my photoshoot?
There is a $25 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late to your photoshoot. Anything exceeding 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled. Please reach out to me at 585-439-2698 or aamphoto4@gmail.com if you are running late or need to reschedule.
How long does it take to get my retouched photos back?
You will receive your retouched photos within 1-2 weeks of your selection, if not sooner.
What if I want more than 8 photos retouched?
Additional photos are available for purchase at $10 per photo
What if I wanted the photos unedited?
I do not provide raw photos because they are not a finished product of my work. I only provide retouched photos for that reason.
What if I want the photos with the watermark removed, and no edit.
I do not provide raw/unedited photos because they are not a finished product of my work. I only provide retouched photos for that reason
What is your refund policy?
A non refundable deposit is required for all shoots. In the event that you may need to reschedule, the deposit can be used towards your rescheduled date if booked within the same month.
